Individual Therapy

Relationship Therapy

Relationships thrive when its members are connected to their own emotions and needs Relationship therapy invites all relationship members to connect with and speak from their centers of emotion and longing.  Out of a grounded sense of self, we can find the courage to open up with vulnerability and love to another.

By honestly and compassionately exploring experiences of hurt amidst infidelity, neglect, abuse, or slow-burn disconnection, we can clear the ground for the possibility of renewed or deepened joy, intimacy, and love.  In cases where the most effective and loving step is separation, we will pursue it with thoughtful compassion.

Family Therapy

Healing and Growth for the Whole Family

Family therapy at Inhabit Life seeks to deepen understanding, restore and deepen connection, and build healthy systems of communication and support.

Our approach empowers every family member to feel heard and valued in their own unique way, creating a resilient system rooted in trust, respect, and care.  It emphasizes personal autonomy and responsibility alongside empathy and love.

We are inclusive of traditional and non-traditional family dynamics across the lifespan.

Yoga Therapy

Fostering Mind-Body Harmony Through Compassionate Movement, Breath, and Self-Awareness

Grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach and inclusive and adaptive for all bodies, yoga therapy invites you to deepen a compassionate connection with your body, mind, and breath.

Yoga therapy at Inhabit Life is especially helpful for those experiencing dissociation, anxiety, shame, addiction, or depression.  It can be effective as a supplement to  individual therapy or as an independent practice.  For those personally or professionally impacted addiction, I am a certified Yoga for 12-Step Recovery guide.

Through gentle movement, breathing practice, and reflective moments, we create a space where you can greet yourself with empathy and compassion.

Group Therapy

Group therapy at Inhabit Life provides a supportive, collaborative environment where individuals can grow, heal, and connect through shared experiences.

In our groups, you’ll find a safe and welcoming space to process challenges, practice new skills, and build authentic relationships with others who understand and empathize with your journey. Guided by skilled facilitators, group therapy encourages vulnerability, fosters accountability, and offers valuable perspectives that help participants develop meaningful insights and tools for change.

Coaching

Practical Empowerment for a More Vibrant and Effective Life

Coaching at Inhabit Life is designed to help you unlock your potential, clarify your goals, and create actionable pathways toward the life you want to live.

Our coaching process is strengths-based and future-focused, accompanying you to discover new possibilities and overcome obstacles with confidence. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, career advancement, or improved relationships, we provide the structure, support, and encouragement to help you achieve meaningful and lasting change.

We specialize in executive functioning skills at home, school, and work; mindfulness/meditation; spirituality; and relationships.  With an emphasis on mindfulness, strategy, structure, and accountability, coaching empowers you to take the lead in creating a life rooted in purpose, resilience, and fulfillment.

Training & Consulting

Building Vibrant and Successful Organizations Through Human-Centered Environments and Systems

Through Inhabit Life, I offer a variety of customizable ways to support your members’ health and well-being and curate a vibrant workplace and culture rooted in compassion and empowerment.  

Services include leadership training and consultation, health and well-being workshops for organization members, and yoga, mindfulness, and/or therapy within the workspace.

Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation

I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation to help you determine if we are the right fit for each other. During this call, we’ll discuss your needs, answer any questions you might have, and explore how therapy can best support your goals.

Once we’ve had the consultation and you are ready to move forward, we’ll book your initial intake session.  It can be either in-person or virtual according to your preference and my availability.

You can click here to schedule your first session.  Just select the appropriate “Intake Session,” select location, choose a time that matches your availability, and fill in the requested information.

Standard Session Rates:

  • Initial Intake Session: $195
  • Individual Therapy: $170 per 50-min session
  • Relationship and Family Intake Session: $215 (1 hour) or $300 (90 minutes)
  • Relationship and Family Therapy: $190 per 50-min session


Inhabit Life uses an Equity Pricing model and facilitates Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement when possible to increase access to services.

When you arrive for your initial session, you’ll enter the lobby with a unique door code.  You’ll find a tablet on the table to sign-in along with drink options and plenty to peruse if you’d like.  Bathrooms are located straight down the hall and to the right.  Follow the signs.

In our first session, I’ll lay the groundwork and invite you to share what feels most important as we settle in.  That usually includes exploring what has motivated you to pursue therapy, noting any therapeutic preferences you have, and identifying the goals that you are hoping to grow towards. 

Whether you’re seeing me for individual, couples, or family therapy, we will tailor each session to meet your unique needs and support your goals. Therapy is a collaborative and dynamic process, so I’ll provide many opportunities for feedback along the way to ensure effectiveness.
